If you watch the ponytailed Sensei he called the girls name, she walked up, and he HANDED the belt and certificate to her. He was supposed to tie it on her like they did for Justin. So, that's what the fuss was all about.

Yeah I thought that was a bit rude, just giving it to her, but the instructor dude should have handled it better. Not only was it humiliating for the little girl who looked obviously confused, but for the dude who just handed the belt too!

They call him Bond, Justin Bond. Tell him to do the moves with one of his suits and hair slicked back. Justin you are the man, (no mouse).

W, if the Sensei in charge would have let it go, the parents would have been ruder, wondering why Justin got special treatment and their little girl did not ( I would have been the same way). It is a formal thing to do for the grading Sensei to put on the belt. He dishonored the little girl by not doing so. He admitted that he did not like putting belts on. He is just a lazy kid who happened to be a grading sensei. I do not think he is ready for it myself.
